Apple Cinnamon Shake-ups
Let them dance around with these snack treats!
INGREDIENTS
• 1 sandwich baggies for each child
• 1 apple, cored and cut in slices
• a shaker filled with a little sugar and cinnamon
For older children, let them use a plastic knife to cut the slices into pieces. Place these into the baggie and allow your child to sprinkle some of the sugar and cinnamon mixture in with the apple pieces. Seal the bag and shake, shake, shake! An excellent snack on the go.
