Butterfly Lunch Salad
For each salad:
INGREDIENTS
• one lettuce leaf
• a couple pineapple rings
• cottage cheese
• 1 stick of celery
• green olives
Slice the olives and the pineapple rings in half. Lay out the lettuce on a plate and put the celery stick in the middle for the “body”. Place the pineapple around the celery for the “wings” and drop a bit of the cottage cheese inside the pineapple wings. Your child can also have some fun with making designs on the wings using the olive slices.
