Morning Fruit Salad
A nutritious, fresh start.
INGREDIENTS
• ¼ Cup fresh mint
• 2 ½ Cups raspberries
• 2 ½ Cups blueberries
• 1 small honeydew melon
• 1 small cantaloupe melon
• 1 ½ to 2 teaspoons sugar
Seed and dice the melon into small pieces and mix with sugar and berries that have been washed well. (Wash berries far in advance to allow them to dry.)
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with some finely chopped fresh mint and serve for a light, refreshing breakfast or even an afternoon snack.
