YUMMY TURKEY BURGERS
Ready in 30 minutes
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS
• 1 ½ pounds ground turkey
• 2 tbls. seasoned bread crumbs
• 2 tbls. finely diced onion
• 1 egg whites, lightly beaten
• 2 tbls. chopped fresh parsley
• ½ clove garlic, peeled and minced
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasoned breadcrumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 6 patties.
2. Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).
